We process all orders within 24 hours of your purchase, and orders are shipped within 3 business days from being received. We’ll notify you of any shipping delays.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email with the order number and an approximate amount charged upon completion of your purchase.

shipping
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).

We ship to locations within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. International and U.S. Territory shipping, which includes Canada and Puerto Rico, is not available at this time. We are also unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

We offer free shipping on orders over $79 and when you subscribe via our Subscribe & Revive program. For locations within the contiguous U.S., we ship at a flat rate of $12.99. 

For orders to Hawaii and Alaska, customers are prompted to inquire about shipping rates at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, size, and destination. 

Sales tax, shipping, and handling charges will be added to each sale.

processing & delivery
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Overnight delivery orders must be received by 12:00 pm EST. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

return policy
Please note we do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items. If you've received a damaged item, we are happy to replace it with a new one.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or the wrong item was delivered, contact us immediately at customerservice@eu2be.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours of your order being delivered.

Orders cannot be canceled once a payment has been processed.
